Systems Design & Support offers the following services:

Hourly Services: Customers who require our expertise in design, implementation, troubleshooting, or maintenance enjoy a rate of only $130.00 / hour. Non-standard business hours or immediate response emergencies will be billed at a rate of $260.00/hr. Our customers know that only the most qualified personnel from SDSI work on their networks, and that we complete jobs more rapidly than others because of our experience and real world knowledge.


Project Based Network Consulting: Project based network consulting including design, implementation and documentation is offered to clients at a rate of $100.00 per hour. No travel time is charged for locations within a 20 mile radius of our offices. There is a 1 hour minimum charge.



Annual Service Contracts: Annual service contracts are offered to clients for on-going support and administration. The client sets the number of service contract hours. Those hours are prepaid at $100.00 per hour. If the hours are not used in one month, they are not carried over. Any time over and above the service contract hours are billed at our regular hourly rate of $130.00 per hour.
